SkillPanel is the skills-management platform where employees map and grow their skills, managers assess their teams, and organisations track skill coverage. Marketplace plugins add talent-calibration grids, goal management, feedback loops, certificate tracking and more, installed and configured per tenant.
Six production plugins, maintained by SkillPanel S.A. and versioned with the platform.
Talent-calibration grid that places people into cells along two axes (classically Performance × Potential) computed from review-cycle survey data. Grid shape, axis bands and cell palette are tenant-configurable; classic 3×3 grids can title cells with the nine named talent archetypes. Managers drill from a cell into the people list and individual profiles.
Central registry of employee certificates, with admin-managed certificate definitions, issuing organizations and tags. Supports CSV import with import-history and approval/rejection of submitted definitions. Includes tracking views and dashboard statistics on certificate coverage and expiry.
Management-by-objectives module: goals with rich-text descriptions, deadlines, activities, supervisor-private notes and configurable visibility. Supports review cycles, custom statuses and categories, goal owners, bulk creation of one goal for many employees, and Excel export. Integrates into performance-review steps and exposes a public read endpoint for person goals.
Peer-to-peer feedback that anyone can give or request, with scopes PUBLIC / TEAM / PRIVATE / PRIVATE_MANAGER and an "agree to publish" step. Feedback supports comments, emoji reactions and can be tied to specific skills. Every employee sees given and received feedback on their profile, and a cron job handles periodic reminders.
Managers forecast which job positions and skills they want developed in their team within a prediction period. Each forecast pairs positions with skills, carries a goals description, overview and attachments, and moves through DRAFT / PUBLISHED / ARCHIVED. Admins define the periods and mark the current one.
Retrospective-style feedback board where items are sorted into Start / Stop / Continue per feedback period. Periods can be locked and items copied forward from the previous cycle, with recurring items tracked across cycles. Includes a manager overview and per-person feedback history.
